What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
All GORUCK built gear, including our Rucker and GR1 packs, comes with a lifetime guarantee. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you wear it out through heavy use, we will repair or replace it.
How do I choose the right size Ruck Plate?
We recommend starting with a 10LB or 20LB plate if you are new to rucking. Ensure the plate matches the specific pocket dimensions of your rucksack model (Standard vs. Compact) for the best weight distribution.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. For footwear, we recommend trying them on indoors first to ensure the fit is correct before heading out on the trail.
Do you ship GORUCK gear internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
How should I clean my rucksack after a heavy event?
Hand wash your ruck in a tub with cold water and mild detergent. Scrub with a soft nylon brush, rinse thoroughly, and hang it upside down to air dry. Never put your gear in a washing machine or dryer.
When will my order ship?
